Cash - Central, Hong Kong
I took this photo at one of my favourite Vietnamese joints in Hong Kong. It’s a little hole in the wall on Hau Wo street in Central and serves up some of the best pho and cold vermicelli I’ve had here so far. It’s a little dingy and the stairs are harrowingly steep but it’s cheap and delicious, just the way Vietnamese food should be.
